At Jonah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

Exceptions

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please note that exchanges can be processed under the same conditions as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
